Each week we’ll take a closer look at the humans who make up The University of Oklahoma’s Office of Web Communication, Marketing and New Media (#TeamWebComm).
This week’s question is: What is your favorite kind of candy?
Here are our answers:
Erin Yarbrough, Associate Vice President: Reese’s Eggs (There’s a different ratio of peanut butter deliciousness to chocolate on these little egg gems.)
Tom Ashley, Financial Manager and Assistant to the Associate VP: Skor (With buttery toffee enrobed in milk chocolate, this bar’s a distinctively rich treat…if you like toffee…)
VIDEO PRODUCTION TEAM:
Sara Brown, Video Production Coordinator: Sprouts Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips (Sara was born sans sweet tooth.)
Ame Aziere, Media Specialist: Ice Cubes (Bite-size chocolate candy with a really smooth icy taste, shaped like a cube.)
Drew Bernard, Media Specialist: Skittles (The candy that allows you to taste the delicious rainbow.)
Jesse High, Media Specialist: Abba-Zaba (Taffy candy bars with peanut butter centers.)
DEVELOPMENT TEAM:
Dave Hoecker, Technical Architect: Reese’s Minis (Another peanut butter-chocolate combo FTW!)
Gina Petruccelli, CMS Migrations Manager: Cadbury Cream Eggs (Not only for Easter time.)
Eric James, Data Analyst: Black Licorice (Someone get Eric some real, good tasting candy-stat.)
WEB MARKETING TEAM:
Brandt Smith, Web Marketing Manager: Sour Patch Kids (On Brandt’s wedding day, he gave his wife pearls. She gave him a five-pound bag of Sour Patch Kids. To this day he says he got the better gift.)
Mason Drumm, Photographer: Peanut M&Ms (The most superior of all M&Ms.)
Morgan Day, Program Coordinator: Snickers (A classic candy staple for Morgan!)
Candace Timmons, Social Media Marketing Manager: Dark Chocolate (And basically anything from Apple Tree Chocolate on Campus Corner.)
So now you know how to give your favorite Web Commie a sugar rush! Tell us your favorite in the comments below.
Until next week,
@candacepants
FYI: I am still committed to my ice cream Snickers bar answer. Also: Cookies can live happily in the candy family, too.
Morgan, cookies and ice cream are delicious, but alas, not candy!
I’m sorry Morgan but cookies are not candy…they are a different category of dessert deliciousness!
