MPGE Staff Recognized for Superior Performance

Francey Freeman, MPGE’s Student Relations Coordinator, has been named as the 2016 Waintroob/Myers Superior Performer by OU’s Informational Staff Association. This award recognizes her 15 years of dedication to the students and the overall OU community. In the words of her colleagues, “Whether she is visiting school and recruiting students, serving as staff advisor to numerous student organizations, coordinating scholarships, volunteering her time for campus events, or hosting potential students and their families, Francey works tirelessly to make the school and university a better place for students. She is an outstanding representative of her Native American heritage and culture and has worked tirelessly to advocate for diversity both at OU and in her community.” Francey has been with MPGE since 2005, and is the staff advisor to OU SPE, OU AADE, and Pi Epsilon Tau. She has two sons and two dogs who keep her grounded.
