Staff Awarded for Excellence

Each year during Staff Week, the university takes time to recognize excellence among its staff. This year, MPGE was honored to have three of its own staff chosen as recipients.

Francey Freeman was presented with the Student Government Association Staff Award. This award is given to one staff member annually who exemplifies dedication and service towards students and their success. Francey has served as the Student Relations Coordinator for MPGE since 2007, and has worked closely with our students throughout her time in the school. She serves as staff advisor to OU SPE, AADE and Pi Epsilon Tau, and oversees several recruitment and outreach activities each year.

Nick Grall and Stephanie Littlejohn both received Distinguished Performance Awards from the OU Hourly Employees Council. Nick joined MPGE in 2012 and has led enrollment coordination and communications efforts for all programs within the school. Students often turn to him when they encounter troubles with their course scheduling or academic matters. Stephanie is the school’s financial coordinator and is most familiar to students as the “time sheet lady.” She joined MPGE in 2014.

MPGE is honored to have three staff members recognized by the university for the quality of their work and commitment to the OU community, and it is proof of the high level of excellence within our school.
