Senior, Ducha Hapsari took part in Schlumberger Indonesia Women & Technology event series January 13-15.
Drawing from more than 500 applicants of university students across the nation and beyond, the pre-event process involved an essay competition to select top 30 participants for all-expenses paid accommodation and domestic transportation.
Her essay “Facing the Era of Big Data: Skill Shift Strategy for Integrated Mastery” was chosen as the Top 2 Essay – granted 1st Runner Up award and a chance to briefly present it during the Grand Seminar on the first day.
Event Highlights:
Day 1 – Career Talk & Grand Seminar with a theme of “Re-configuring skills to be the leaders of tomorrow” presented by inspiring & insightful panelists and attended by more than 250 university students
Day 2 – Workshop Visit at Schlumberger Cikarang Integrated Base (CIB) that gave us valuable insights of the entire Schlumberger’s product lines & operations
Day 3 – Women in Energy Challenge to increase female representation & retention in energy industry
