This afternoon we will be testing email notifications for workflow in CQ5. If you receive an email notification during this test, please disregard. We’ll update this post when we have more information about this feature.
What this means:
1. Users who start an activation request (workflow) should receive email confirmation of the approval or denial of that request.
2. Users who are able to approve or deny activation requests (workflow items) will receive an email notification when requests are pending.
