OU Veteran’s Recognition and Appreciating Week is November 6th through 11th
On Wednesday, Senior Petroleum Engineer major Sohail Faroq and former Seal Team 2 member and retired Chaplain, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Thompson, participated in the Flag-Raising Ceremony.
Faroq (left) is active in the OU Student Veteran’s Association, Community Service Coordinator, and Army Reserves for 8 years.
OU will be honoring veterans throughout the week in several activities.
