OU Alumnus Named Executive VP and COO
MPGE Industry Advisory Board member and 1999 petroleum engineering alumnus Oleg Tolmachev has been appointed to executive vice-president and chief operations officer for Eclipse Resources. Tomachev has assumed full responsibility for the company’s operations in the Utica and Marcellus shale while, also, continuing his previous oversight of the drilling and completion operations.
